096-Longnose Butterfly Fish, "Lau Wiliwili--Nukunuku-OiOi". A species of butterflyfish found on coral reefs throughout the tropical waters of the Indo-Pacific. It has a distinctive, point-like long nose and is generally bright yellow and copper in coloration. It is widespread throughout the tropical waters of the Indo-Pacific area from the eastern coast of Africa to Hawaii. It will eat small animals and algae from the top of the corals. This gourd is was pyro-etched, hand-dyed & painted before being completely sealed. Dimensions: 7 x 6.5" weight 8 oz.
